|FAQ: Are all of your products in stock?||
The Mithril Miniatures figures are manufactured inhouse and we can make more of something (provided its not a limited edition or discontinued) if our current stock is inadequate to complete your order. The Gold Status Fellowship figures have stock levels shown on the product pages so when they are exhausted you will not be able to order them.
However Paints and Tools are not produced by us and restocking times vary from a few weeks to over a month. Most of the stock is available at the time of listing the products on the website.
If we are out of stock of some of these we will contact you and either refund you the cost of the item(s) in question or post them later when they come back in stock again.

|FAQ: Can I buy moulds of these miniatures to cast them myself?||
No, we do not sell moulds of Lord of the Rings or The Hobbit characters. Our license does not allow us to.
However our sister site has generic fantasy figures available as moulds, while these are NOT mithril figures they were designed by the same sculptor.
|FAQ: Do I have to pay yearly to stay a Fellowship member?||
No. Once you pay the basic joining fee you are a member as long as the club exists in its current form.
You can leave the club at any time, or adjust any payment conditions at any time.
We do ask that you participate in at least the voting as often as you can in order to keep the club as vibrant as it has been.
|FAQ: I can't find the answer to my question. What do I do?||
Click on "Contact Us" and let us know what your question is. We'll get back to you with an answer as soon as possible.
We answer emails Monday to Friday, excluding Irish Bank Holidays. 10.00 to 17.00 (GMT or +1 depending on time of year.)
Emails are usually answered within 24 hours.
|FAQ: Is it possible to buy a gift for someone?||
You can send someone a gift by entering their name and address as the Delivery Address and your own as the Billing Address.
We do not offer currently gift wrapping on orders.
|FAQ: Trouble with adding my telephone number into the order form.||
Adding your telephone number is very important to allow us to contact you if there is a problem with your order.
However you must put the correct telephone number in the correct field.
Mobile numbers should only be put into the mobile field (or leave it blank).
Non-mobiles (landlines) numbers should be put into the home/office number. Ideally add your country code with a + instead of the 00.
So for instance add +353 26 40344. You don't need to add spaces.
As long as you have EITHER a mobile OR a landline number in the order the order can be processed. If you have any problems using the order please contact us and tell me your telephone number and our webmaster can test the number.
