| Mithril
has produced many of the Ringwraiths and undead that inhabit
Middle-earth.
In J. R. R. Tolkien's universe of Middle-earth,
the nine Nazgûl arose as Sauron's
most powerful servants in the Second Age of Middle-earth.
All were powerful mortal Men to whom Sauron each
gave one of the nine Rings of Power that were forged for Men.
It was Sauron's design to control the Nine Rings through the
power of his One Ring, forged in secret for this purpose. This
proved to be their undoing.
The corrupting effect of the Rings extended their
earthly lives far beyond their mortal life-spans, while their
bodily forms faded over time until they had become entirely
invisible to mortal eyes. They assumed visible form only under
their outward black attire.
They were lead by the Witch-king,
the mightiest of the Ringwraiths, and because they are bound
to the One Ring, they could never be truly killed as long as
the Ring remained intact. They rode Black Horses
and even flying Fellbeasts and were the lieutenants
of Sauron, and feared by all opposition.
Other undead in Middle-earth included ghosts,
ghouls, Barrow-wights and Corpse Candles.
Collect them all today and populate your collection
with these cruel and brutal soldiers of darkness.
