I would like to get a complete catalog of your figures. Please let me know how.

Give us your postal address indicating that you would like our leaflets and we will send you what we have. At the moment the web site is the most complete catalogue of our figures.

The MHB2 catalogue lists figures from M259 to M369 it is supplied with the Classics handbook which lists MC1 to MC30. Neither of these catalogues include the LR, LO or LT ranges, which we have some leaflets which are supplied with the handbooks.

I have some of your older figures and some of them I bought years ago don't seem to appear on your price list. Have you changed the numbers during the years?

The M series of miniatures were produced on a rolling basis. As new series were released, older series were retired.
The LR series were produced in a limited edition. We produced 2500 of each, when they are sold they are not produced again.
The LO and LT series are produced in an unlimited run.
The MC series are re-releases of some of the M series. You can see the conversion table on http://www.mithril.ie/Classics


I don't have any credit cards or anything like that. I have only cash so how can I purchase your products.

We accept personal cheques but these will take up to 3 weeks to clear. Bank cheques or Postal Money Orders we can accept straight away. Cash: Don't send cash, as it can easily get lost in the post. Send your order to:

We can accept Paypal. Order as normal using the Shopping Basket and then select the Paypal option on the secure card payment page. We send you an official Paypal Request Payment E-mail.. Go to www.paypal.com to learn more about Paypal. Once you complete the payment, we get a notice from Paypal confirming the payment and we can process your order then.

What is Mithril's Return Policy?

This product comes with a 14 day no questions asked return policy (shipping is not refunded). The buyer must return the item within 14 days of receipt and is responsible for all return shipping charges. We do our very best to present the item as accurately as possible, and try to provide you with detailed information about the item.

Return of a damaged or faulty or incorrect item:
Contact us for advice first. If you still have a problem return the item in a jiffy bag together with a description of the fault, your name and address and shipping cost. We will credit you for you’re the shipping cost and send you a new item.

I can't figure out how to get a price on the items I wish to order.

Our complete range is shown on the left menu. Just select which product you want and you will go to that products page. In each section there are columns with names, thumbnail images, weights and prices. To begin buying a product just click on the 'add to basket' next to the price in Euros. There will be an alert confirmation message that pops up repeating your choices.

There is a text link to the Shopping Basket page on the far right of the top horizontal menu (these links are also on the bottom and left page menus), click that to process your shopping and see a list of all you have chosen. You should see an order form with the prices in Euros.

If you wish, select the currency you are familiar with using the dropdown currency list. Make sure you select the postal destination further down the form. If you are happy to purchase, fill out your name, e-mail address and delivery address (required) and press the "Send Order" button. You will then be taken to a secure payment page. Choose whether to pay by Credit card or by another means.


Can you please tell me how much I have to pay for the dispatch?

Once you select the products you want to buy with their individual 'Add to basket' links, go to our 'shopping basket' to calculate the postage. Just choose the correct option on the dropdown postage menu.
