The Vengeance of Smaug MB345.

I used Revell enamel for priming the model and used Humbrol model filler to fill the gaps in the body. After getting rid of the excessive parts I started painting and here I used Tamiya acrylics. In all process, I had to wait 24 hours for each main part to stick to the body (adhesive and model filler). I did not rush at all and used my time as required. When finished I sprayed acrylic varnish and pictured the model using different volcanic eruption pictures in the background in daylight condition.

What I can say about this Smaug model is its extremely well balanced. It is really amazing to see how this big body remains in balance with little effort. It is perfectly designed and sculpted to achieve this nice delicate balance in the air. Beyond all other beauties, just because of this reason I would recommend other Mithril fans to give a try to this Smaug set.
