The Noldor or people of Finwe are the most powerful of the Elven kindreds of Middle-earth but by the Third-age are few in number. They are the great loremasters and craftsmen of the Elves and Gil-galad, Galadriel and Elrond are of their kin. This Elven woman is skilled in music and there is magic in her playing. She is probably from the court of Galadriel at Lorien or possibly the house of Elrond in Rivendell.
