Boromir was the elder son of Denethor, the Ruling Steward of Gondor. A proud and noble warrior, he came to Rivendell seeking counsel, to understand words that had come to himself and his brother Faramir in dreams, and so became one of the Ring Companions. He was never to return to Gondor as he was killed by orc arrows on the way south, while defending Merry and Pippin. Other Boromir figures: How this figure was painted: |
