New Gold Status Members can join for 22.50 Euros and gain the beautiful new "ms423 Aragorn and the Palantir" 32mm miniature as well as the Tengwar magazines and a password to access a special Fellowship forum. 1. All members agree to buy at least 6 new fellowship miniatures per membership year. Ideally we will have produced 12 new figures to choose from every year. Failure to buy 6 will cancel membership. Readmission fee of 5 Euro will apply, plus the purchase of minimum amount of figures due.
2. If any member buys all 12 figures produced in their membership year then they are entitled to a free BONUS figure. We have released the WitchKing in 2006 for members who bought 12 figures so far.
3. There are discounts available on Duplicate figures (a 2nd figure of a release), but only for a limited time. This is usually for a few months after that figures release.
4. Duplicates do not count towards the 6 figures required for annual membership.
5. Autoshipment: This allows members to automatically order all releases as soon as they are available. Members can also state how many duplicates are also desired. Credit card details are usually required to avail of this service. A 10 percent discount is given when using this method of ordering (not including p&p).
6. We send you your password to the new Fellowship forum as soon as we receive payment. Only Mithril can upgrade new accounts to Gold Status in this Forum and members MUST sign in to view and post on that Forum. You can change the members password from your profile at any time to something easier to remember. There is a separate password to access the G.S.F. Forum, changed every month usually. (so 2 passwords are needed, your individual member's password and the G.S.F. board password.)
7. All members can suggest one idea per month (supported by drawings, quotes, etc), according to that months guidelines, and a list of those ideas will be voted on in 2 rounds. The 2nd round will contain the most popular finalists (4 or 5) from the 1st round. The final winning entry will be made by Chris Tubb, our sculptor in the coming months and available only to members.
8. All ideas must by taken from J.R.R Tolkien's 'The Hobbit' and 'The Lord of the Rings' books (not films). Mithril Miniatures and Chris Tubb have final say over whether an idea is viable.
9. The winning entry get the right to get the first casting which will be engraved with serial no. So be sure you add your wish first. (if there is any dispute in regard to this, Mithril has the final say).
10. Voting decisions are final and Chris Tubb has the casting vote.

MINOR RULES:

1. Individual Members Fellowship year starts the 1st of the following month you joined for the next 12 months (join 12th June and Membership year starts July 1st). We will send you an e-mail in the final month of your Fellowship year if you are at risk of dropping out of the club due to not completing the required 6 purchases a year of the custom figures.
2. Submissions to the Fellowship gallery must be in jpeg (.jpg) format. Please email the webmaster and state the name of the character and some comtent expaining it and we will add it to the gallery free of charge.
3. Guidelines for submissions vary over the year, usually we ask for only single figure suggestions, single figure & mounted figure suggestions or an 'open' month which allows for multiple figures in a small vignette (example: 'Sauron at Gorgoroth'). Maximum of 4 open months in a calender year.
4. We can accept deposits on figures (10 percent of figure price), and their duplicates, if members wish to combine several figures together to save postage (especially outside Europe) while gaining the current discounts or sales available.
5. Members can, at any time, buy older Fellowship figures, or Christmas figures, if in stock. These will not count towards their 6 figure requirements however.
6. Chris Tubb, our sculptor, has the final say in design ability of a figure.
7. Mithril has the right to stop the Fellowship if there is a lack of members.
8. The figures will be available to members only but Mithril will publish them for all customers to see. (same as the previous fellowship minis).
9. Some ISPs like AOL have caused problems when accessing our Mithril forum, by blocking the automatic activation email (to verify your email address) from Proboards, the host of the forum. Check your 'Junk' mail folder in case in went there first. Please consider getting a separate email for using the forum if the activation email fails to arrive promptly after registering, we recommend Yahoo, Googlemail or Hotmail as free alternatives. Email our webmaster if you need help. It takes only a few minutes to sign up and you can keep you older AOL email for everything else.
10. All members will get frequent email newsletters from Mithril updating them on the voting, fellowship offers, news, previews, etc. You are automatically subscribed when joining.
