Buy Tax Free for Non EU residents
We are now allowed to export our products outside the EU without charging sales tax VAT. This means that non-eu customers can buy from us for 17.26% less. For example for a €100 order you will only have to pay €82.74. Note this only apples to the products and not carriage which is tax free. Our shopping cart will calculate the tax free total for by ticking non-eu sales in the shopping basket total.
If you live in EU countries (Click link for more info), you do not qualify for tax exemption.

Please note that we do not post to PO box addresses (especially to the USA.)

Minimum Order value is 20 Euro (before p&p).

Due to processing costs we require that all orders be at least 20 Euro in value, not including postage or insurance. Ideal Stocking fillers include acrylic paints and brushes to bring your order up to this requirement.

Note: The basket has a limit of about 60 items, if you wish to purchase more than that please divide your order accordingly and add a note to that effect into the comments box (Ususally occurs when ordering paints in large quantities). We will combine your order and sort out the postage difference then.

Norton Firewall issue: It has come to our attention that our shopping basket form will give a LEDFORMMAIL error if you have Norton firewall on when processing the order. Please turn it off while ordering or the order will not reach us. Norton prevents the order from being sent to our secure php processing script. This may not be isolated to Norton but the principles are the same. We are sorry about this issue.

Paypal Payments - Paypal (www.paypal.com) is a secure third party credit card payment portal that makes tranactions very swift and easy. Paypal has a quick demonstration available for all beginners on their website.
Two ways to pay with PAYPAL:

  1. Request an invoice and we will send you, the next work day, the paypal email requesting payment. Just click the link in that email and pay.
  2. NEW! A faster option. We have added a PAYPAL Buy Now button on the secure payment page that will take you directly to paypal.com and you can pay immediately. All you need to do is add the amount in Euro. So REMEMBER the bill total (including shipping). Just add the total, press 'Update Total' and pay as normal. We get the notification of payment and post the order. Simple. Please check the box 'Automatic Paypal' so we know that is your intention.
OTHER PAYMENT OPTIONS: We can also accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex credit cards. Euro or Sterling payment options are also Bank Draft, Cheques (make payable to Mithril Miniatures), Postal Orders and IBAN Bank Draft. Please include your name, email, postal address and order details when posting any letter.


Recorded Delivery / Insurance

INSURANCE IS REQUIRED FOR ORDERS OVER 50 Euro (excluding postage), and Fellowship figures. If any orders are not insured we will NOT replace or refund you if it gets lost or delayed as we cannot track it.

Why run the risk and the expense of loseing your order when it only costs a few euro more to protect the package. To be sure, INSURE!

All 'Standard' post is uninsured. All registered post is insured. We can provide a tracking number. Please give 28 days for most parcels to reach Europe, UK and Ireland destinations before contacting us. USA and none E.U. Parcels above 2000 grams must be Registered. This is the wisest option. For large orders (outside the E.U.) we can split the order to reduce the weight and therefore give you a better price. Contact us about this service.

We will insure your parcel up to €1000 for Europe, USA and Canada. Recorded delivery is available for most other countries. Registered items are covered against loss up to the maximum compensation payable by each country (range between 20 and 1000 euro).
